A native or foreign construction entrepreneur who has imported any motor vehicle, machinery, tools and similar other machine and equipment into the Kingdom of Nepal under the facility available pursuant to the prevailing law for the public construction works to be carried out under a bilateral or multilateral agreement shall submit to the committee the details thereof in the prescribed format.
